There are plenty of decent families in this area who are renting while the RE storm passes over. Their only sin is that they came on the market at a different time than the older high equity homeowners. Being a housepoor homedebtor with bare walls and sheets on the windows is alot worse than renting.<BR/>Our net worth is over $1M and I'm driving around a POS '98 toyota truck that I back in the garage so the neighbors won't see the big dent on the tailgate. Why? So I can buy a rental property for mostly cash when this foolishness is over. Then I'll get the status car.mopar777https://www.blogger.com/profile/12709523414490948475noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4622411633995176328.post-30584685129620362442008-04-20T20:56:00.000-07:002008-04-20T20:56:00.000-07:00patience. yep.patience. yep.patient renterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17790407105234257876noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4622411633995176328.post-66130978306829901672008-04-19T15:28:00.000-07:002008-04-19T15:28:00.000-07:00yup patience and save save save.yup patience and save save save.Jacobhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16215833990317515502noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4622411633995176328.post-72145309926370105982008-04-19T11:40:00.000-07:002008-04-19T11:40:00.000-07:00Just keep waiting. Credit is difficult to get so the buyers, even if they want to buy, are on the sidelines.
