Not much time for numbers this week (and I didn't bring my spreadsheets), but a quick screen scrape confirms we are still on track. Average price per square foot dropped another dollar. And while total listings within my criteria have dropped from the peak, they are only down by a couple listings.
Hopefully Sac Bee will post the DQ numbers soon.
