November Inventory Changes by Zip Code

Total inventory declined 1.5%. Some zips are still experiencing growth despite the seasonal slowdown. Inventory for Single Family Homes was gathered from ZipRealty.

I don't think we're even close to 6 months inventory, but for the time being, I'm very comfortable with the steady sales pace in 95648.

One thing I noticed on a walk through the neighborhood today, though, was that more than a handful of homes seemed to have lockboxes on the front doors, yet there's no sign and I couldn't locate them on the MLS.

Any ideas?
