Inventory Growth by Zip for Sept 2007

Not much change since August in SFH inventory. A 0.8% drop in inventory overall. Both raw numbers and percentages are presented (as the percentage change can be a bit misleading in zips where inventory is below 100). Guess this means August was our peak this year. Although if we included the upcoming auction inventory we might still be higher this month.

Are these for SFRS only? Because 95616 and 95618 were at 200 and over since June according to Zip.

Yup SFH only since the data I compare them to from DataQuick is SFH resales...

I will double check my #s.

SFH combined (95616 & 95618) - 163
SFH, Condos, Multi combined - 214

Do these look better to you? I stopped tracking the fully loaded inventory two months ago since it didn't square with DQs claimed stats and had the potential to inflate the months inventory numbers. This is a bit more conservative approach...but I would rather err on the side of caution than overexhuberance, as we know where that has led us =)

Yup, that looks right
