Speaking of homes, with Christmas fast approaching, I thought Santa might need a gentle reminder, that my wish list hasn't changed much. Unfortunately it went unfulfilled in 2008.

I think it is interesting that in EDH the average price has come down less than the average price per square foot.
If you divide the two, at the peak the average home sold was about 2800 square feet, and today the average home sold is a little over 3100 sq. ft.
People are not downsizing.
